The Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de l\u2019Entrouvert\u2019s creations take many forms: stage performances, site-specific projects, processional works, participatory or immersive pieces, art-and-science collaborations, or visual installations.<\/p>\n \u00c9lise Vigneron often draws inspiration from a literary work, translating it to the stage through a visual language composed of images, materials, sounds, movements, and sometimes words. The themes of metamorphosis and the \u201cin-between,\u201d central to her work, emerge through the staging of ephemeral materials.<\/p>\n Each project reexamines how audiences engage with the performance, using specific setups that encourage a shared sensory experience.<\/p>\n The Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de l\u2019Entrouvert\u2019s projects are presented on multidisciplinary stages and in major international festivals, such as the Festival d\u2019Avignon, the World Festival of Puppet Theatres in Charleville-M\u00e9zi\u00e8res, the Seoul Performing Arts Festival, Mime London, the Chicago International Puppet Theater Festival, Down to Earth Festival in New York, and the Dialangshan Festival in China.<\/p>\n \u00c9lise Vigneron is currently an associate artist at La Halle aux grains \u2013 Sc\u00e8ne nationale de Blois<\/span><\/a> (41), the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de Ch\u00e2tillon<\/span><\/a> (92), and the Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Joliette in Marseille<\/span><\/a> (13).<\/p>\n She is the 2026 laureate of the Villa Kujoyama<\/span><\/a> residency program, where she will collaborate with dancer and choreographer Azusa Takeuchi<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n The Th\u00e9\u00e2tre de l\u2019Entrouvert company is supported by the French Ministry of Culture, the R\u00e9gion Sud, and the Vaucluse Departmental Council.<\/p>\n Its creations receive additional support from the City of Apt (84), SPEDIDAM, and ADAMI.
